JOB
We are looking for a MEAL Manager, placed under the supervision of the Country Director to ensure monitoring, evaluation, learning, and accountability (MEAL) for Oxfam's response program for the crisis in the Central African Republic, in close collaboration with WASH, EFSL, Protection, Advocacy and Governance teams.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Design and implement a MEAL system covering all components of the country programme, involving partners and Oxfam's WASH / EFSL / Protection/Governance/Advocacy teams, ensuring compliance with MEAL principles and minimum humanitarian standards Oxfam;
- Coach the MEAL team to implement the Country Strategy, provide leadership, inspire, be exemplary according to Oxfam's values;
- Proactively support teams and partners on the implementation of MEAL activities, throughout the program cycle by providing training, advice and technical support on data collection, processing and analysis, on indicators , tracking tools, reporting templates, etc.;
- Participate and contribute to the formulation of monitoring and reporting processes at the country mission level
- Participate in the recruitment and management of MEAL team agents, while ensuring that they have the necessary induction, training and support required

Minimum requirements
- Experience of at least 5 years in MEAL within large programs of international NGOs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as leadership and influence
- Experience with SurveyCTO and PowerBI software
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work in different cultural contexts.
- Gender sensitivity and all aspects of women's rights, parity and equity.
- Ability to meet accepted deadlines in a complex, stressful and urgent environment
